Three British tourists dead in Iceland after their vehicle drove off a bridge

A minimum of three British vacationers died in Iceland when their car drove off a bridge, native police informed Euronews.

The travellers had been in a seven-person Land Cruiser driving over the Núpsvötn stream on Thursday morning when the incident occurred.

Superintendent Sveinn Kristján Rúnarsson stated in an earlier assertion that two coast guard helicopters and native emergency providers responded to the crash.

Police stated the opposite 4 persons are significantly injured and the South Iceland Street is closed.
