The Alzheimer’s Association is offering a series of educational programs that cover key information about Alzheimer’s and dementia, and related topics for people who are facing a diagnosis as well as those who wish to be informed. Trained community educators will be delivering each of these over-the-phone presentations at no cost.

Call-in information is provided upon registration. To register, call 800-272-3900.

Times, dates and topics include:

  • “Know the 10 Warning Signs,” 2-3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23. Register by noon on Monday, April 22.
  • “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia” noon-1 p.m. on Friday, May 17. Register by noon on Thursday, May 16.
  • “Effective Communication Strategies, 3-4 p.m. on Monday, June 3. Register by noon Friday, May 31.
