Colts at Titans: Live updates, game stats, highlights for Week 2 AFC South matchup

The Tennessee Titans in the first half sure didn’t look like the team that blew out the Cleveland Browns by 30 points in Week 1. The offense couldn’t convert on third down, Marcus Mariota was pressured nearly every play and Jacoby Brissett was efficient when it comes to leading his offense down the field.

While the Colts were more consistent on both sides of the ball, the score remained close heading into halftime. Penalties have killed the Titans, and cornerback Adoree Jackson had a defensive pass interference penalty which cost the Titans 46 yards on the Colts’ first drive of the game. That set up an Eric Ebron score, as he caught a nice shovel pass from Brissett a few plays later.

After failing to register a first down on the first two drives, Mariota orchestrated a 10-play, 73-yard drive which ended with a David Quessenberry touchdown. The offensive lineman reported eligible and found himself open in the end zone for his first career score.

The first have was a close affair. The second half should be the same. Follow along below for live updates of the action.
