Fidante Partners, the $40bn investment manager, has hired PeterPaul Pardi as head of its business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.
Pardi, who will be based in London, will be responsible for growing the Australian company’s business in Emea and North America by partnering small asset managers.
He replaces Cathy Hales, who left the company in November, and will report to Ian Saines, chief executive of the fund management division at Challenger, the listed investment business that owns Fidante Partners.
Pardi previously worked at custodian bank BNY Mellon, where he was global head of distribution from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that he worked at private equity firm AR Capital, bond manager Pimco and Lehman Brothers Investment Management.
