CLEVELAND, Ohio — Georgia cornerback DeAndre Baker is one of a handful of corners who could be taken in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Baker, the 2018 Thorpe Award winner as the nation’s top corner, was a key component of a Georgia team that lost in the national championship game in 2018.
The Browns, who took Denzel Ward last year in the first round, could look for another corner to complement him. If they trade up, could Baker be a good option?
Cleveland.com contributor Jake Burns discussed Baker on “More Sports and Les Levine” on Friday. Check out that segment in the video above.
